Product benefits:

Oral malodour is an unpleasant odour emanating from breath. This originates predominantly on the tongue and in the oral cavity. The most likely cause of oral malodour is food debris with subsequent metabolism by bacterial plaque on the teeth and tongue, resulting from poor oral hygiene and resultant gingival and periodontal inflammation.

meridol® HALITOSIS mouthrinse works with 3 modes of action against the causes of malodour in the whole oral cavity:
  • Amine fluoride/stannous fluoride inactivates the odour-causing bacteria.
  • Zinc lactate neutralizes the volatile sulphur compounds (VSC).
  • Oral malodour counteractives prevent the formation of VSC by reducing the enzyme-mediated conversion of amino acids to VSC.

The result is a long lasting fresh mouth feeling and a clean and fresh breath every day. With meridol® HALITOSIS mouthrinse the natural balance of the oral flora is maintained.

Application:

Rinsing one to two times a day with 15 ml meridol® HALITOSIS mouthrinse for 60 seconds, gargle briefly. Suitable for adults and for children over the age of 6 years provided that they are capable of spitting out.
